General Information

All orders placed with Titan Smoke International. are shipped from our primary distribution centre located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
We proudly serve licensed retailers and authorized resellers across Canada.

Titan Smoke International. does not sell or ship directly to consumers. All shipments require verified business accounts in good standing.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment is received and wholesale credentials are verified.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number and carrier details.


Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for large bulk orders.

Retailers may also request to use their own courier accounts for pickup or delivery coordination.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Western Canada: 1–3 business days

  • Central Canada: 2–5 business days

  • Eastern Canada: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take longer depending on carrier availability

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on location, weather, or courier delays.


Age Verification & Restricted Products

All vape and nicotine products shipped by Titan Vaping Co. require adult (19+) signature on delivery.
Carriers are instructed not to leave packages unattended or release them to minors under any circumstance.

Failure to provide proper ID at delivery may result in the shipment being returned to sender at the buyer’s expense.


Shipping Errors or Damage

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Retain all packaging materials and products.

  2. Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@titansmoke.ca

  3. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Our team will review and arrange replacements or credits as appropriate.


International Shipping

At this time, Titan Smoke International. ships within Canada only.
International or cross-border shipments are not permitted due to regulatory restrictions on nicotine products.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has left our facility and a tracking number has been issued, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
However, we are happy to assist in filing claims or tracing lost shipments.
