Overview

At Titan Smoke International., we are committed to providing our wholesale partners with premium products and reliable service.
Because our products are regulated, consumable goods, all sales are considered final once shipped, except in cases of verified defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

This policy ensures compliance with Health Canada’s Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA) and maintains product integrity for all retailers.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect or damaged items received.

  2. Defective hardware or accessories reported within the warranty period.

  3. Shipping or fulfillment errors verified by Titan Smoke International. staff.

All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and must be pre-approved by our support team before any products are sent back.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or partially used e-liquids

  • Opened or used disposable vapes or pods

  • Products without original packaging or missing excise labels

  • Items not purchased directly from Titan Smoke International.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, and will be applied to the original payment method or as a credit to your wholesale account, depending on the situation.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact support@titansmoke.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and lot number.

  3. Once verified, a replacement or credit will be issued.

Titan Smoke International Inc. reserves the right to request the product’s return before issuing a refund or replacement.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment only.
Once tracking has been issued or the order has left our facility, the sale is final.


Wholesale Account Credits

In approved cases, Titan Smoke International Inc. may issue a credit toward future orders instead of a cash refund. This method is preferred for verified wholesale clients to simplify future transactions.
